Detailed Itineary

  • Day 1 : Airport - Pinnawala - Dambulla

    Upon your arrival, you will be received by our representative and he will assist for your onward journey to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. You can take part in feeding and bathing the elephants with the mahout’s help. Continue your drive to Dambulla. Check into the hotel and after relaxing for some time, visit the Cave temple at Dambulla. The World Heritage Site houses 153 statues of Lord Buddha besides the other Gods and Goddesses. Explore the complex of the cave temple and return to hotel.

  • Day 2 : Dambulla - Sigiriya - Pasikuda

    This day starts with a drive to the World Heritage site and the 5th century Sigiriya Rock fortress. Explore through the wonders of this site like Water and Fountain Gardens, caves within the enclosed area. Continue your journey to Pasikuda and check into the hotel. Rest of the day is free for you.

  • Day 3 : Pasikuda - Trincomalae - Pasikuda

    After an early breakfast, start your drive to Trincomalae which will take atleast 150 minutes. The Thirukoneshwaram temple closes sharply at 11AM and plan accordingly. After visiting the temple and lunch at a local restaurant, return to Pasikuda. Rest of the day is free for you to relax or to go around.

  • Day 4 : Pasikuda - Arugam Bay

    After a relaxed breakfast, start your journey to Arugambey which is at a distance of 150 kms from Pasikuda. After reaching Arugambey, check into the hotel. Rest of the day is at your leisure to relax in the beautiful beaches of Arugam Bay.

  • Day 5 : Arugambay To Ella

    In the morning, start a tour around Arugambay. Visit the white temple, climb up the elephant rock. Opt for a lagoon safari and taste some delicious Sri Lankan dishes which are really yummy. After spending some time in the beach, continue your journey To Ella. Check into the hotel and relax.

  • Day 6 : Ella

    After taking breakfast at hotel, proceed to explore the village Ella. Visit the 30feet high Damodara Nine Arch Bridge. Walk through the woods for around thirty minutes and you can reach the wonderful structure. A must do visit during your trip to Sri Lanka. Ravana waterfalls is yet another attraction in Ella, which is considered to be the widest in the country. This falls is named in connection with the famous Indian epic Ramayana. After visiting the falls, return to hotel.

  • Day 7 : Ella - Nuwara Eliya

    The day starts with a drive to Nuwara Eliya, acclaimed as the “Little England” of Sri Lanka which is at a distance of 60kms from Ella. Nuwara Eliya beholds the charm and style of the British Raj in its elegant architectures. The climate is so pleasant attracting the people to escape from the scorching sun. The Victoria Park and the Seetha Amman temple are the most important tourist attractions of Nuwara Eliya. After exploring the city, proceed to Kandy and check into the hotel. Visit the most popular temple of Buddha’s tooth relic. After the visits, spend your evening at leisure.

  • Day 8 : Kandy Sightseeing - Bentota

    After the breakfast at hotel, proceed for the city tour of Kandy. Visit the Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya sprawling across 147 acres with 5000 species of trees and plants. Also visit the Gem Museum and proceed to Bentota. Check into the hotel and rest of the day is at leisure.

  • Day 9 : Bentota - Mirissa - Galle - Bentota

    Start your day early with the breakfast packed and proceed to Mirissa beach for the exotic Whale watching. Later proceed to Galle, the historic city in Sri Lanka. Visit the Galle fort which still contains the flavour of the Dutch and Portuguese rulers. The fort and the bastion surprise you with the excellent architecture. Galle was a popular trading port a century ago, but still handles ships and containers. After exploring the city, return to Bentota.

  • Day 10 : Departure

    Post breakfast proceed to Airport to board the flight as per your Departure schedule.
