Most of the time will be spent in Rishikesh, where rishis (seers, prophets) have gathered and taught for centuries beside the Ganges, in the foothills of the Himalayas. For more than two weeks you can relax, contemplate, reflect and travel inwards.


Detailed Itineary

  • Day 1 : Arrive in Delhi

    Arrive to a traditional welcome, transfer to hotel, Overnight in Delhi.

  • Day 2 : Delhi

    Sightseeing of India's capital visiting Qutb Minar, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, evening sound and light show at the Red Fort. Overnight in Delhi.

  • Day 3 : Delhi - Rishikesh

    Transfer to Delhi airport and fly to Dehra Dun where you’ll be met and transferred around 1 hour to Rishikesh. After settling in, go and visit your yoga centre for the first time and get acquainted. Overnight in Rishikesh.

  • Day 4 to 13 : Rishikesh

    Ten days of yoga and meditation in Rishikesh under the guidance of fully qualified and trained teachers. You will be encouraged to spend a lot of your free time in contemplation, but there are lots of interesting places along the river in Rishikesh as well. Depending on your programme, you may be able to take a day or two for sightseeing and other activities during this time. Ten more nights in Rishikesh.

  • Day 14 : Rishikesh - Delhi - Departure

    Transfer to Dehra Dun airport, fly to Delhi and depart in the evening.
