Detailed Itineary

  • Day 1 : Arrive in Mumbai

    On arrival in Delhi you will be met and assisted with the transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Delhi.

  • Day 2 : Delhi – Dehra Dun - Haridwar

    Transfer back to Delhi airport and fly to Dehra Dun where you’ll be met by your driver and depart on the short drive to Haridwar. Haridwar is an extremely important pilgrimage centre, and the first major town on the Ganges as it emerges from the Himalaya. Sightseeing around Haridwar in the afternoon, followed by the nightly Aarti ceremony on the river at dusk, when thousands of tiny oil lamps are set adrift on the waters of the Ganges, each sent off with a prayer or devotion by a pilgrim. Overnight in Haridwar.

  • Day 3 : Haridwar - Guptkashi

    Full day drive up the Ganges to Guptkashi with en route stops at Devaprayag and Vashitha cave. In the evening visit Vishwanath temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Overnight in Guptkashi.

  • Day 4 : Guptkashi – Kedarnath – Guptkashi

    Full day excursion to Kedarnath, first driving to Phata where you can take a helicopter to Kedarnath, visiting the temple here. Return to Phata by helicopter. Overnight at Guptkashi.

  • Day 5 : Guptkashi - Badrinath

    Morning drive to Badrinath, another very special sacred place among the Char Dham. Visit Narsingh Temple in Joshimath and Vishnu Prayag on the way. Overnight in Badrinath.

  • Day 6 : Badrinath - Rudraprayag

    In the morning, visit Mana, a picturesque village, the caves at Vyas and the Saraswati River, before proceeding towards Rudraprayag, with stops en route at Karnaprayag and Nand Prayag. Overnight at Rudraprayag.

  • Day 7 : Rudraprayag - Rishikesh

    Drive down to Rishikesh today, widely heralded as the Yoga capital of the world. Overnight in Rishikesh.

  • Day 8 : Rishikesh – DehraDun - Delhi

    Time around Rishikesh with sightseeing including Bharat Mandir, Sivananda Ashram, Lakshman Temple and Lakshman Jhula. Later drive to Dehra Dun and fly back to Delhi, with departure in the evening.
