Near the iconic Banasura Sagar Dam situates this magnificent falls that cascades down from a height of 300 meters through spectacular three tiers, making it one of the largest and most spectacular waterfalls in Wayanad.
To reach the charming Meenmutty Waterfalls, one must embark on a 2 km hike through a dense jungle, creating a wonderful and memorable experience. After trekking about half a kilometre, you'll arrive at the first tier of the falls, where a safe swimming pool awaits. To reach the second tier, trekking through steps built over boulders is necessary, offering glimpses of streams amidst thick vegetation. Reaching the third tier is more challenging, requiring traversing slippery rocks in the stream with the aid of ropes. However, the reward is the mesmerizing view of beautiful valleys and the Banasura Sagar Dam from the top.
