Central India Tour
Large parts of central India remain very much undiscovered by tourists to this day. The vast state of Madhya Pradesh could, one day, rival Rajasthan as India’s premier region for visitors, but in the meantime travel through much of this region requires time and dedication and is, usually, the preserve of folks visiting India for the 3rd or 4th time. That said, there are some delightful and easily accessible places within ‘central India’- the famous erotic carvings of the Khajuraho temples, the small riverside town of Orchha and a handful of others.
Madhya Pradesh is also the best place in India to see tigers, at some of the many National Parks here- Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Pench, Satpura and more.
